Station Controller Development
We design and develop configurable Station Controllers for automating and controlling semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Station Controller impliments the business rules for automation and controls the sending of messages to the equipment and the various external servers. Using an "as-is" and "to-be" analysis approach, we document how the equipment will be automated in the "to-be" form. To start, we do this by interviewing key personal and documenting all of the interactions between the user and the systems they use.Drivers
We develop SECS drivers using Grapheq or other SECS libraries for both SECS and GEM semiconductor equipment. These include VFEI drivers on either the MBX message bus or other messages buses. We also develop drivers for non SECS equipment which require a special protocol.Grapheq
With many years of Grapheq experience, we are able to develop new Grapheq applications such as SECS drivers, or WorkStream clients fast and efficiently. We can also support your existing Grapheq based projects and provide customised on-site Grapheq training to your development and support staff.Equipment Characterization
When equipment is properly characterized, integration of that equipment proceeds smoothly. We can perform equipment characterization, both at the venders site as well as on site, to support the automation efforts. Once characterized, we can create equipment simulators to aid on the development and testing of the automation.
